Frequently Asked Questions About E-ticket Documents
Are e-ticket documents now being used for all Sunwing Vacations & Sunwing Airlines destinations?
Effective immediately, e-ticket documents will be used for all destinations for departures commencing April 2, 2007.

How soon after booking are my e-ticket documents available on-line?
E-ticket documents will be available within 30 minutes of confirmation provided your booking is paid in full and departing within 28 days. E-ticket documents will only be available for a maximum of 9 passengers per booking.

Do I require an email notification to retrieve my e-ticket documents?
No, e-ticket documents may be retrieved directly through Sunwing Vacations or Sunwing Airlines websites. No email notification will be sent. Please visit www.sunwing.ca or www.flysunwing.com, select e-ticket documents and enter the required information.

How do I get my ticket wallets, Tourist Cards and baggage tags?
Ticket wallets will no longer be available. For all Sunwing Airlines flights, tourist cards will be given out onboard our aircraft. Baggage tags are available for your convenience at the Sunwing Airlines check-in counter.

What if I would really prefer paper tickets?
If you would prefer a paper ticket, a $30 fee per booking will be applied to issue paper tickets and vouchers. All paper tickets will be issued as airport pick-up. If you booked through a travel agent, please contact your travel agent so they can arrange this process through our Ticketing department. What about change fees?
Change fees will apply as per our current Terms & Conditions listed in the back of our brochure or on our website. What about paperwork for the Worry Free Vacation Security Plan or Pre- Departure Cancellation/Change Fee Waiver?
Information on our Worry Free Vacation Security Plans & Pre-Departure Cancellation/Change Fee Waiver can be found online. If you have booked one of our Worry Free Vacation Security Plans or the Pre-Departure Cancellation/Change Fee Waiver in conjunction with your Sunwing Holiday, it will be indicated on your e-ticket documents under itinerary. A Certificate of Coverage outlining the Worry Free Vacation Security Plan will also be included with your e-ticket documents. No paper work is issued for the Pre-Departure Cancellation & Change Fee Waiver.

Do I require any paperwork, such as a voucher, to check-in at my hotel?
Yes, you will be required to produce a hotel voucher upon arrival at your hotel. Hotel vouchers have been provided as part of your e-ticket documents. Please ensure you bring them with you.

Where do I get my vouchers for the Sunwing Premium Package, Car Rental and Attractions purchased?
A voucher will be included as part of your e-ticket documents for all services purchased.

Are there any exceptions for e-ticket documents?
Yes, there are exceptions. E-ticket documents will not be available for bookings that include Florida attractions. Paper tickets will be sent for the entire booking until further notice. Florida attractions include:
Walt Disney World Theme Park Tickets
Universal Orlando Theme Park Tickets
SeaWorld Adventure Park
Busch Gardens
Arabian Nights

Will Group bookings be using e-ticket documents as well?
Group bookings will not be using e-ticket documents. Paper tickets will still be sent for all Group bookings.

How do I save, email and print my e-ticket documents?
A print, email and save option are available on each e-ticket document. Select your action and print, email or save your e-ticket document directly to your desktop.

How many times am I able to print my e-ticket documents and how long do I have to access to my e-ticket documents?
You may print your e-ticket documents as many times as you like. Access to your e-ticket documents will expire the day following the return date listed on your itinerary.

What if I show up at the airport or in destination without my e-ticket documents?
Passengers MUST bring a printed copy of their e-ticket documents to the airport for confirmation. Vouchers for hotel accommodations, car rentals and attractions must be presented in destination in exchange for services. A $30 fee per booking will be applied to issue e-ticket documents and vouchers at the airport of your departure city. E-ticket documents are not available for printing in destination.

What happens if there is a change to my flight times?
Operational changes can occur which may result in the need to reschedule flights. In the event that we need to advise you of any such changes, prior to departure from Canada, we will notify you or your travel agent via telephone. E-tickets documents will need to be re-printed with the correct flight information. Please remember that it is your responsibility to contact the airline shown on your ticket 12 hours prior to departure to reconfirm flight times.
