Iberostar Hotels & Resorts is a family oriented environment and thus has implemented the following policy for Spring Breakers reservations. The valid period is March 1st, 2022 to April 30th, 2022. Spring Breakers are defined as Students/youth between 16 and 23 years of age.
• One parent or chaperone at least 25 years of age will be required per room for check-in. Adults accompanying are responsible for the students’ behavior.
• In the event that any guest(s) engage in inappropriate behavior disrespecting Hotel staff and/or other guests or causing physical damages to the facilities, the Hotel Management reserves the right to expel the guest(s) without reimbursement or refund of the remaining nights.

Iberostar Hotels & Resorts is a family oriented environment and thus has implemented the following policy for Student/Youth Groups that is applicable year-round and for all Iberostar properties. Students/youth are considered by the hotel as any person between 16 and 23 years of age.
• Students Groups are on request for any hotel. Any student/youth group must be pre-approved and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

• In the event that any guests engage in inappropriate behavior disrespecting Hotel staff and/or other guests or cause physical damages to the facilities, the Hotel Management reserves the right to expel the said guest without reimbursement or refund of the remaining nights.
• FIT bookings and Groups, upon check-in will be required to leave a refundable cash deposit of USD $200.00 per room for any damages, unpaid expenses, losses or fines that the clients incur or become responsible during their stay at the hotel. If nothing happens during the group’s stay, this deposit will be refund to the TT. OO/Agency after departure.
• Alcoholic drinks will be offered to the students older than 18 years old.

Student/Youth group policy:
• All student/youth groups must be pre-approved and will be reviewed on a case by case basis
• Upon check in, each group will be required to make a refundable cash deposit of $200.00USD per room for any charges or damages that might be incurred during the stay
• In the event that any member(s) from the group engage in inappropriate behavior disrespecting hotel staff and/or other guests or causing physical damage to the facilites, the hotel management reserves the right to expel the entire group without reimbursement or refund of the remaining nights.

Spring Break policy:
Bookings traveling in the months of March and April will be subject to the following conditions:

• Please note the beachfront resorts of Iberostar in Jamaica will be conducting partial renovations at both Iberostar Rose Hall Beach and Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites from May 20, 2024 to December 10, 2024. The renovation schedule includes: Buffet renovation at Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites from August 12, 2024, to November 26, 2024. During this time, the buffet will be closed, but alternative dining locations will be available: • Breakfast at Aunt Ruby’s Restaurant • Lunch at Aunt Ruby’s Restaurant, Food Truck, and Happenings on the Pool Deck. • Dinner options include Specialty Restaurants such as Steakhouse, Lobster, Greek, Oriental, and a special buffet experience displayed on the beach by the pool deck. • Room service available from 11 am to 11 pm. The room renovation schedule includes: • External building facade painting has commenced, being carried out section by section, without causing any disturbance. • Beginning in August, the hotel will initiate room renovations in one section of the property, which will be temporarily closed off to guests. Guests will be accommodated in a separate section of the hotel, away from the renovation zone. Throughout this period the hotel services will not be affected
