at least 7 days prior to arrival. Check in time at the Vacation Home is 4:00 PM and check out time is 10:00 AM.

Key Collection:
Once you've completed the online check-in prior to arrival, you'll receive instructions via email 48 hours before your scheduled arrival date in Florida, including your vacation home address and lockbox key details. Visit www.sunwingorlandohomes.com or call 407 932 3683 with any questions.

Mandatory Cleaning Fee:
$125 USD per home per stay applies to all reservations and is payable during the online check-in process prior to arrival. Fee is subject to change and is paid directly to Alexander Florida Holiday Homes.

Welcome Package:
Your stay will include one welcome package upon arrival containing basic essentials such as milk, juice, bottled water, eggs, butter, bread, cereal, coffee and tea.

Additional / Optional Features ($): Must be requested in advance and paid for locally.

Each property is individually owned and therefore, the accommodation and furnishings will vary from home to home.
All Home are non-smoking.
No pets allowed.
Between the months of June to September, pool heat may not be required.
For optional extras ($) such as BBQ, portable crib, and high chair it is highly recommended to request and pre-pay prior to arrival.
Must have one adult 21 years or older to check-in.
