Platinum Service
With the Platinum Wedding Consulting Services, your destination wedding
consultant will provide the following:
• Confirm the wedding date and time with your chosen hotel
• Confirm the ceremony and reception locations
• Wedding consultation with up to 10 hours of personalized service to help you
with your overall vision and guide you in the right direction
• Overall management of your entire wedding, including synchronizing with the
hotel’s wedding coordinator and other vendors
• Communicate your wedding vision with the hotel’s onsite wedding coordinator
and other vendors
• Provide pricing for private events and additional options (if applicable)
• Provide additional pricing details for extra services (photography, spa
appointments, etc.)
• Consult on legal requirements and paperwork (if applicable)
• Provide a wedding budget spreadsheet
• Provide access to our favourite vendors for invitations and wedding favours
• Assist with any pre-booked group excursions in destination
• Provide a helpful packing checklist

Terms & Conditions:

Promotion only offered if clients book their wedding date through their designated Sunwing Destination Wedding Consultant. Alternatively, if the wedding date was already secured prior to booking travel, Platinum services are only available for the wedding couple within 7 weeks of requesting their wedding date. Promotion only offered if clients secure a Royal, Caprice or Indulgence Wedding package with RIU hotels and not with the Classic or Free wedding packages. Promotion is subject to RIUs approval as being offered in conjunction to their policies, terms & conditions. Excludes all RIU Plaza hotels. Promotion is non-refundable & non-transferable.
