No, the app is free to download. Upgrades and additional products or services, such as excursions, can be purchased through the app.

Q: Is Wi-Fi required to use the app?

The Sunwing app works on either Wi-Fi or data, but to avoid incurring data charges we recommend that you use Wi- Fi whenever possible.

Q: How do I register a booking in the app?

Simply click on the "Register a trip" button. Individual bookings require your Sunwing booking number and last name. Group bookings (i.e. bookings of 10 or more people) require the 8-digit Sunwing booking number, last name, first name and a middle name (if applicable).
