Can I book activities, excursions and tours before we leave?

It is recommended that you pre-book any Sunwing Experiences excursions before you leave to pay in Canadian dollars and to ensure there is space on your chosen excursion. If you have a minimum of ten participants for your excursion, you may also be entitled to a group discount on your. Please reach out to your travel agent, your Sunwing Group Sales representative, or our Sunwing Groups Excursion Specialist ([email protected] ) for details. You also have the option to book your excursions at your resort with the local Sunwing representative; their contact information will be available in your e- documents.

Who do I contact to book my group vacation?

Your registered travel agent will provide professional guidance and travel advice when planning your group vacation. Your travel agent will take on the task of managing all the travel details and communicating with your travelling companions. If you choose to book with a travel agent, we request that all communications regarding your booking be directed through them. If you prefer to book with Sunwing Vacations directly, you may also start the booking process within your Groups quote by selecting “Continue with your booking” located on the bottom, right-hand corner of your quote page. By simply adding a group name, we receive a notification and will start the booking process by contacting you to confirm your group’s requirements. Is space being held for my group once I submit my group quote?

No, space is not held based on the quote request alone. A group booking is not confirmed until we receive a   written request to confirm the booking, deposits for your group are applied and you have received a group booking number. Please note that all quotes are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Why was my online group quote not provided?

Accepted Answer

Your request may not have met our minimum room or seat availability requirements, or you may have selected a product, route, departure date or duration that we do not offer group travel rates for. Don’t worry, our Group Sales Team has received your request and will respond with alternate options. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST. In Quebec, our business hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.

Once I have received a group travel quote, what if I need more pricing options such as different room categories or different dates?

Simply go back to the My Group Vacation website to the “Review existing quote” tab and select “Copy & edit” to submit a change to your existing quote request. You will be assigned a new quote number for the revised request. TIP: Stay organized by simply adding your original quote number in the notes section. We’ll ensure you are assigned the same Group Sales representative for any revised requests.

Why is my group quote number important?

Accepted Answer

You require a valid group quote number to make a booking. You will require the quote number as a reference if you have any questions or would like to move forward with your booking.

Question 7

Why is the group quote validity date important?

Accepted Answer

Our group price quotes are only valid if you book your group with a non-refundable deposit before the “valid to” date indicated on your group quote. Once the quote expires, the prices provided are no longer available and you must obtain a new quote.

How do I get a quote for group travel?

We can provide an online quote for groups with as few as ten people and up to 50 people travelling together. Restrictions may apply.  Please email us at mygroupvacation@sunwing.ca if you are unable to submit your quote online or call us at 1-877-786-9464 for assistance.

Groups of ten or more people travelling together benefit from additional savings and other great offers.
