How do I book my vacation?

You can book online at www.sunwing.ca or with a member of our Sales Team at 1-877-786-9464. Relay services are also available at 1-800-855-0511 (Voice to TTY) or 711. We’ll be happy to help you with any new or existing reservations. For group travel, please contact your travel agent.

What are my options if the price of my vacation is reduced after I have purchased?

Accepted Answer

Once a vacation package, hotel or flight is purchased, the pricing (excluding taxes) is fixed.  Price differences for the same product cannot be refunded, nor added to an existing booking.

In case of a medical issue prior to travel, does Sunwing Vacations offer cancellation protection?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer cancellation protection with our Worry Free Cancellation Waiver and Manulife Global Travel Insurance + Worry Free for Sunwing Vacations plans. We strongly recommend that you purchase one of our vacation protection plans to ensure you’re prepared for the unexpected. Our Worry Free Cancellation Waiver allows you to cancel for any reason up to three days prior to departure and receive a 100% refund (some or all of which may be paid in future travel vouchers). Our Manulife Travel Insurance + Worry Free for Sunwing Vacations offers everything included in our Worry Free Cancellation Waiver in addition to emergency medical coverage and more.
