Yes. To ensure the security of your WestJet dollars account, a booking made using your WestJet dollars must be made by the WestJet rewards account member and by calling our Sales Centre at 1-877-786-9464. Your travel agent can redeem WestJet dollars on your behalf, through the contact centre. As the WestJet Rewards member, you must be one of the travellers on the booking for a travel agent to complete the redemption.

WestJet dollars can only be redeemed on regular package bookings where Sunwing Airlines is the carrier, or on Sunwing Vacations summer packages from Western Canada with flights on board WestJet, starting May 16, 2024.
